At Ryder Beats, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality acoustic equipment, melody makers, and recording tools. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The item is returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition (for certain products like electronics and recording equipment).
Note: We do not accept returns on products that are used or opened unless they are faulty or damaged upon delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used items (unless defective).
- Software or downloadable products (if applicable).
- Customized products or items made to special order.
- Gift cards or items marked as non-returnable.
3. How to Return a Product

- Item(s) being returned
- Reason for return
- Photographs of the product (if damaged or defective)
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Please ensure that the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the following manner:
- Refunds will only be issued via the original payment method used for the transaction. Since Ryder Beats operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment system.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process after we’ve received the returned product.
- For COD orders, refunds may take longer depending on the method used to issue the refund.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return and offer you a full refund or a replacement, depending on stock availability.
